What is Wondershare’s refund window?
Most products bought directly from Wondershare can generally be submitted for a refund within 30 days of the initial payment. Some products have a shorter window of up to 7 days. For orders on the Wondershare website, send the request from Account Center, then My Orders, then Order History.
What won’t Wondershare refund?
Requests are not eligible after the refund window, for expired subscriptions, consumed credits or points, or a change of mind alone. Renewal orders aren’t eligible if the subscription wasn’t canceled before the charge. Accidental duplicate purchases and critical technical issues with no fix within 7 days are listed as eligible.
How do I cancel a Wondershare subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account or by contacting Customer Support, and the service continues until the end of the paid term. Wondershare says its 30-day policy does not apply to auto-renewal charges.
What about purchases from the App Store or resellers?
Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, resellers or other third-party platforms must be refunded through the original seller or platform, not Wondershare. EU residents may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions, so check which store you bought from.
